Everyday Pleasures #4

Here is my Friday installment of "everyday pleasures". Hope you enjoy, and have a great weekend!

This old and abandoned covered bridge.

My two dear little 1930's chalk dogs.

This gorgeous red barn with the three cupolas, and the rooster weathervane.

That barn must be a local treasure! So pastural.
A day in the country sounds perfect.

I certainly think it's a local treasure, as it is so beautiful and well maintained. However, we have so many farms around here, (truly in some places as far as the eye can see!) I think most people around here just see it as one of many, many farms! But it is indeed one of my favorites.

Lovely photos. & those chalk doggies are cute. Your 'everyday pleasures' feature inspired me to take a walk around my neighbourhood taking photos today. Sadly my neighbourhood is not as beautiful & interesting as yours. So I'll not share my photos. But it was fun anyways! Thanks for the inspiration, and maybe next route I take I'll discover more interesting things to snap :)
