Crop Circles no. 2

As promised yesterday, here are pictures of the finished quilt that I previously posted about.

I loved working on this piece!

It is all machine quilted... no embroidery!

(My fingers were so happy to be spared the needle!)

This quilt is currently for sale in my Etsy shop, The Silly BooDilly.

Just wanted to give another big THANK YOU! to the lovely Mrs. French from Bliss, for her purchase and in helping me to kick off July's "BooDilly Daily Dilly" special!

And don't forget to check out the post below for today's "BooDilly Daily Special"!

Polka Dot Delights

I first fell in love with polka dots when I was a little girl, sitting on my fathers lap, as he read to me Robert Lopshire's children's book Put Me in the Zoo.

I remember how the polka dots on that bear/dog like animal just popped off the page at me! I was completely captivated by those polka dots and all the magical things the critter could do with them. He could make them larger or smaller, change their color and float them in the sky... pure joy!

Well, my love affair with the delightful polka dot continues to this day. There simply is no other pattern on earth that comes as close to making me as happy as the polka dot does. Below are some great polka dot finds from Etsy.
