Molasses BooDill - December 25th 1996 to July 21st 2009

Gentle, sweet, silly.
Devoted companion.
Protector to wild bunnies.
Showered love on all who met her.

She was my best friend.
I will love, miss and cherish her memory all the days of my life.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
With deep gratitude, thank you so much, to each and everyone of you throughout these last days, and this last year, who has reached out and offered a kind thought, loving words, or a heartfelt prayer for Mo and me. I have been very touched. It is without a doubt that you helped to uplift us and carry us. I felt it and I know Mo did, too.
Letting go of Molasses has been the hardest thing that I have ever had to do.
I need to take a little time off. I will be back in a bit.
  3. I´m so sorry Victoria, but you made the right decision. You gave Mo the best life a dog can wish for and part of that is letting them pass away with dignity and not prolong their life for our sake.
    My thoughts are with you. Love Kirsten
  17. I hope you can find some small amount of relief knowing that your freind no longer hurts or needs to struggle with her affliction. She is able now to rest blissfully, as I hope you and your family can now rest a bit more easily knowing that you did such a wonderful job for such a long time.
  34. So sorry for the loss of your sweet pup. I know this is a hard decision to make since we had to do the same about 2 years ago to our Lab Chuck.
    These days we laugh a lot when we talk about him since he was such a goof. He was truly a part of our family!
  38. Victoria,
    I used a picture of Mo, which you had posted sometime back, as a desktop photo. My daughter and I loved how cute she was and were happier because of it.
    Really sorry. Thanks for sharing her.
